February 29, 2012, 21:26. Welcome back.  I am hopeful that several things are happening.  First, I hope you are perceiving daily improvement in our processes. I am not exaggerating when I say that we have people working 24/7 on the issues with the new platform.  I recognize that we have let you down this week and the responsibility for that is mine; I hope you will accept my apologies and assurances that we are making every effort to bring the level of service back to what you have come to expect of us. Please share the address of this blog with your coworkers, friends and opposing counsel. February 29, 2012 05:41: The new e-JCC was installed the weekend of February 25-26. This new platform provides a variety of new capabilities.  Please understand that there are some minor problems that have been discovered with the program, and we are working day and night to rectify those problems. If you cannot gain access to the program, you will need to contact us for password help and possibly a password reset. Please send access requests like this to me at david_langham@doah.state.fl.us. When uploading a document, several people have complained that the "submit" button is not "active," meaning that they can see the "submit" button but cannot click on it.  This will usually indicate that you have not completed the description boxes completely.
